Interrupted rights and lefts is often called square through but there is already a figure called square through that doesn't have the balance in it. The timing here is right-hand balance to partner (4 beats) followed by 2 quick pull-bys (right with partner and left with neighbor , each 2 beats).
First called at Baltimore Contra on 13 October 2010. A couple of people din't like the B1 to B2 transition so I re-wrote it and tried it at the FSGW Contra on 28 November 2010. The dancers didn't like that either, and without being told to, changed it on the fly to what I had originally written.
